All prizes will be paid out within 21 days of receipt of requisite account details, which winners will provide when they receive their phone call.
The promoter is not responsible or liable to replace misdirected or lost Cash Prizes should the winner enter their bank account details or postage information incorrectly.
The Cash Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable.
It is the winner’s responsibility to disclose to the Inland Revenue Department the receipt of a Prize and to pay any taxes that may become due. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning a Cash Prize. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.
