Wattie’s has launched a new range of canned legumes in springwater - Lentils, Chickpeas, Red Kidney Beans and a Four-bean Mix! Legumes are great food - they’re full of goodness as well as being affordable, tasty, quick and convenient to use.
They contain a wide range of essential nutrients including dietary fibre, and protein, as well as vitamins and minerals, such as B vitamins, iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium. And with very little fat or saturated fat.
